A Covington Roofing Company That Plans Around Your Week
Our work covers roof replacement and repair, roof inspections, storm damage repair, gutters and siding. Before any job starts, you get a start date built on your actual roof and an arrival window for the crew. When weather or a late delivery changes the plan, we call with the reason and the next date.

Why We Work the Way We Do
Most roofing frustration has little to do with shingles. It comes from a start date that slides without a word, a crew that shows up at noon instead of eight, or a tear-off that sits half done under a tarp for days. We built our way of working around fixing that.
A roof job depends on things we can measure and things we can't. We can measure the squares of roof area, the pitch, the number of penetrations, and how many layers have to come off. We can't control a cold front or a supplier who is short on drip edge. So we quote time the same way we quote materials: based on your actual roof, with a margin for weather, and we tell you which parts of the timeline are firm and which depend on conditions.
When something does shift, you hear it from us first. That might mean moving a tear-off because rain is forecast during the window when your decking will be exposed, or waiting on a shingle color that is back-ordered. We explain the reason in plain terms and give you the new date.
What You Can Expect From Us
An arrival window, not a whole day
We give you a specific window for estimates, inspections and work days. If a crew is running late on an earlier job, we call before the window closes, not after.
Weather calls made on purpose
Asphalt shingles need warm enough temperatures for the sealant strips to bond, and open decking can't be left exposed to rain. We schedule tear-offs only when the forecast gives us time to get underlayment and shingles down the same day.
Causes explained before prices
On a roof inspection or estimate, we show you what we found: lifted shingles, cracked pipe boots, failed step flashing at a sidewall, soft decking near a valley. Then we explain why it failed and what fixing it involves.
A finished site at the end of each day
Nails are magnet-swept, debris goes in the dumpster or trailer, and anything left open is covered. You know what was finished and what happens next.
Where We Work
We're based in Covington and work across Northern Kentucky, including Fort Wright, Fort Mitchell, Edgewood, Erlanger, Elsmere, Independence, Taylor Mill, Villa Hills, Newport and Fort Thomas. Freeze-thaw winters are hard on flashing and gutters throughout the area, so we plan repair and replacement work for the stretches of the year when materials install correctly, and we tell you honestly when a job should wait. See our Service Areas page for more.
